We saw a gap—resources exist, organizations are doing incredible work, and people want to help. But too often, those connections aren’t visible or accessible when they’re needed most.
We exist to bridge that gap.
By bringing together individuals, families, nonprofits, organizations, and community leaders, we help make support more connected, more visible, and easier to navigate.

Monica Daigneault is the Founder and President & CEO of The Power of Us Network, where she leads the organization’s mission to connect communities and expand access to trusted resources. Through leadership, partnerships, and storytelling, she builds bridges between individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to create meaningful, lasting impact.

Co-Founder & Chairman of The Board
J.J. Hollie is a seasoned community leader and public servant with extensive experience in civic engagement, business leadership, and regional collaboration. He previously served as President & CEO of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce and is passionate about building partnerships that strengthen communities and create lasting impact.He is committed to fostering collaboration that drives lasting community impact.

Armando A. Ocando
Treasurer
Armando A. Ocando is a seasoned investor and business strategist with more than 20 years of experience across finance, real estate, technology, healthcare, and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves as Lead Investor and Director of Investor Relations at Blackguard Capital and is the founder of F8 Empowerment, a movement focused on mentoring the next generation through leadership, athletics, and service.
Maliah Wilson
Board Member
Maliah Wilson is a family law attorney dedicated to compassionate, client-centered advocacy. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oklahoma and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law and brings experience in family law, criminal prosecution, and civil litigation. She is passionate about the law, her community, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
